PIC Balancer - Determining Pack Size

This illustrates how the cells are measured to determine the pack size
Three cells are shown which start at rest at around 4.15v in this example
Their voltages of this particular packs falls to around 3.9v at the end of a 1sec load
They have already bounced up 50mV in the third measurement after the 50ms delay
The program looks for this pattern and also checks min and max voltages
